In 2025, the year Brazil took center stage in Cannes, FilmBrazil set out to showcase our film directors right where the world’s top creatives gather. To stand out amid the most prestigious advertising on the planet, we leaned into what fascinates the world most about us: the Brazilian Core — that same aesthetic, already making waves in global fashion, became our bridge to the world.
We launched a clothing collection embedded with NFC technology, where every piece doubled as a film reel. The pieces were released during the 2025 Cannes Lions Festival. By tapping them with their phones, people received a director’s film reel and an invitation to shoot with Brazil next year.
